Cancellation Policy
Things happen! I completely understand if you have to cancel your appointment. However, if you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. You must pay the fee in order to rebook your appointment, that amount will go towards your next appointment. The fee is non-refundable even if you choose to not rebook.
